GOOD realty agent DXB?

Hi guys,

I am having to move out due to rent increases and a change in needs. Does anyone have any reference for a GOOD realtor in Dubai? I have been scouring Dubizzle and most of the listings are agents, so I will probably have to pay the agency fee anyway. Thinking I would rather use my own that someone has had good experiences with.

Looking for a 1-2 bed near the MOE and/or Metro line for around 80K.

Thanks for any help - feel free to PM with contact details.

Randy

Allsopp & Allsopp

Probably the least usuelss of the ones I have dealt with. Gave them a budget and spec requirement and they showed me exactly that instead of the usual what ever they had. Office at gold and diamond park.

Good info. I was about to ask the exact same thing. Heading over in January, I'll definitely touch base with them...

Thx!

Dubai hasnt got the concept of buyers agent and sellers agent. Here the same person represents both parties, but in reality they mostly represent themselves. Hence the best agent is YOU. Learn as much as you can about the market, then use the agent to support you in finding your property.

Cool

Having dealt with many agents, I must agree that Allsop, better homes, Espace and Alliance are all good companies. Alliance is smallest so I get better attention.
