Want to work in Middle East (what flight school)
I'm a Canadian 24 years old with a university degree. I want to work in the middle east, preferably Bahrain (Gulf Air). I need some help on what flight schools I should go to. I've been looking into Florida flight schools. I don't know if I should do a FAA/JAA dual license schools. Please help me, Thanks!!!

Errr, check the Gulf Air thread! You might want to concentrate your efforts on marrying a Bahraini. The flying will come second, any old school will probably do.
If you want to work for an airline in the ME that might employ you, you'd find the transition easier with JAA/EASA, as (apart from Saudi) it seems most countries base their regulation upon JAA. Alternatively if you just want to live in Bahrain, you could do and work over in Saudi eg. DMM, then go FAA. You won't get hired though in Saudi with no experience. In fact, just marry a good Bahraini (pref a Khalifa) and it will all work out.

Yes, wishing to work for Gulf Air is a little like wanting to sign on as Cabin Boy on the Titanic!!!!!
You would be better off setting sights on an expanding ME airline, such as EK,FD,QR or "They who shall not be named", for all of whom JAR/EASA qualifications would be preferable.
