Hey guys,
Just wondering if we have a standby (Zed Fare) agreement with West Jet in Canada. I'm having issues with my computer and can't seem to access the staff travel website.

WB300er, we have an ID Travel deal with West Jet; they are not a ZED airline. AC is a ZED airline but has not converted their system to E-ticket yet (thus no go for the time being). AC is supposed to be in line with the rest of the industry in the Fall (don't hold your breath!).

...AC does eticket zeds... we were told it was something about booking compatibility. Looking forward to.having EK passes back too now that the visa requirements have relaxed!

Goretex, I booked on the staff travel site and picked up the tickets at staff travel.I have used this several times..However you cannot book an AC ticket outside of Doha as staff travel issues the ticket. Can someone tell me how to use West Jet? Where do you see WJ on staff travel site? Thanks

If you guys are asking about EK on WestJet, ticketing is done now through myIDtravel... as far as I know all those are etickets now. But if you are travelling soon just be sure to check the page as they're having issues with changing tickets so there's extra steps for that...
Was taking a guess based on what I recall some of these usernames posting prior... but could be anyone!

Jack, that would be why I said "IF"... 
And when posters don't specifiy the company, it's usually a likely outcome that they are asking about EK, they are one of the bigger employers out here... or is it just that more EK people read Pprune? Who knows....

Sorry guys...
I'll take the blame for any confusion. I should have mentioned in the initial post it was in relation to EK staff travel on WestJet. Too many night turn arounds has my brain in a trance.
Didn't mean to get the boys all fired up.
Thanks for the help though... All cleared up. I booked standby via myIDtravel and it worked great.
