EASA Exam centres in ME

I would like to write the 14 EASA ATPL exams for a conversion. The only centre I have managed to find in ME is Jetstream in Dubai. Does anyone know of any other centres?

And if anyone is aware, is it possible to just show up and write the exams or is ground school mandatory?

You can't just show up for them. If you hold an ICAO ATPL, ground school is not required.
