Kuwait Airways may not pay salaries of staff
KUWAIT CITY, March 9: Kuwait Airways Corporation (KAC) might not be able to pay the salaries of employees after this month, reports Al-Qabas daily quoting sources.
Sources attributed the problem to the decision of the government and its legislative counterpart not to endorse the financial statement of the corporation since 2004, in addition to losses estimated at KD 435 million. Sources said this will delay the procedures for upgrading the KAC fleet.
