Is there any hope for a 1300TT with 800 on the CJ2+ in this region ?

well guessed so , no disappointments ! any news of execujet though , they dont seem to have to high requirements , dont know if hundreads of them are already in the queue !!

There are a few CJs of various designations running around Saudi. Maybe look there? I think the Bin Laden group operates one or two.
