EK Villa - Jumeirah
Can anyone either PM me or give me some info on Rulers Court? Just been allocated an 'F' villa and looking for some info on the area? (also where I can find it on Google maps

They are about ten years old. They are two storey with either three or four bedrooms and attached together in blocks of four or so. They have a very small back and front "yard" but are comfortable inside. Plenty of places of religious worship on all sides but no double-glazing on the windows. Not far from the beach. The location quality is a subjective issue but in my opinion it's not a bad result for you in the big scheme of things.
