OITT
Anyone been there? We are planning to use OITT for a tech stop.
Are there any special regulations for crossing/flying in Iranian airspace?
Cheers

You mean apart from the overfly permit?
(I haven't landed in Iran.) Make sure you don't get on the wrong side of the authorities regarding the trading sanctions.
Don't forget to call Air Defence Radar before entering the airspace.
And it might be worth considering Oxygen escape routes for the high ground there.
Hope someone can help you out with info regarding landing there.

His charts are fantastic
I also work in the area and use his ME charts for overview of the general area, but specificly for the mandatory but unpublished must contact info.
On the Atlantic, I would like to have added the UK RAF HF volmet frequencies, but apart from that I have a laminated chart on the flight deck.
Thank you Dieter for your dedication.
