Question Al Quwain aeroclub still alive?

Hi all

currently in dubai for a short break, interested in doing some dual flying around the area but have not successfully been able to contact Al Quwain aeroclub (only get a dead tone ). Are they still alive n kicking?

Unfortunately the club in Um Al Quwain is no longer in existence. However, just up the road a bit is the Jazeera flying club close to RAK. In fact, its on the same road. They have many things to fly there including Aeroprat A22 microlights, gyro copters, powered parachutes, and lift shift planes. Depending on which instructors are around will determine what you can fly I suppose. Give them a call at +97172446416 from outside the UAE or 072446416 from in it. Great group of guys and gals up there. Happy flying
