Ok...Tons of options...where you stay might have an influence on where you play...a few courses are private, but most will take bookings for your 4 ball...try this first, google something like "Golf in Dubai" and you should find several booking options. Have a look and see...where, how much etc. Will you have wheels? Do you need to rent clubs? Some courses need an advance booking as well. I'm sure you're well aware of all this. You can also find a coupon book as well that may save you a few dirhams as well. (Dubai Entertainer) A decent concierge at most hotels can help as well. The majority of the courses in Dubai are pretty nice, with enough tricky bits to challenge, and the weather is starting to cool off...hope this helps?
