Qatar Air Force C-17

How often does this fly? I barely ever see any movement of it on websites, e.g. Airliners / Jetphoto's. Are they rare to see?

Not so rare

A few month ago I was still working in the French air force and I saw them a lot on the apron during the lybian conflict. I supposed their carried a lot of freight and troups between the different bases during the six months period of the conflict.

You could probably its rare to see; they only have 2 and that is the only one in Qatar Airways colours. The other is a standard military scheme.
