EK benefits for non crew staff

HI guys,
What would be the benefits for ground staff in EK?

-Tickets
-Company accommodation
-Insurance
-Housing allowance

With regards to Company accommodation can someone tell me the location and the type of flat entitlement if married and with children?
tks

It all depends on the grade you are employed at Jack.

As Don says, it all depends on the grade, as a general indication;

1) Gate Agent/Check in must share a room in staff accommodation in the industrial part of Dubai, and earn about $800 USD/month

2) A supervisor level may get their own room, basic medical insurance etc. unlimited economy travel, and earn about $900 USD/month

3) Above these positions there is quite a steep increase in conditions

You get to be home with your wife every night

I guess you should have made a better spouse choice, sounds like a match made in heaven.
