Our "friendly" management

Just saw this in a newsletter. Says a lot about who our bosses believe is the "boss" onboard:

"Cabin Crew experience can lead to promotion to the Purser role, which involves managing and overseeing the entire flight crew"

They probably assume one would understand this to NOT include flight DECK crew, which is a reasonable assumption....
