Flight instructor in UAE

I have FAA CFI, CFII and MEI flight instructor licenses and quite a bit of instruction given. If I am going to work for a JAA approved flight school in UAE I obviously have to get JAA flight instructor licenses.

Lets say I am being offered a flight instructor job for this school. Does anyone know if it is normal to get this "license conversion" sponsored by the particular school? Of course as a part of the contract with some kind of bonding!

Any help would be highly appreciated!
