I think the USA should pack up and leave the Gulf, then some on this forum would likely have something more to do than "sitting idly"

I hate to keep this thread drift afloat, but OMG. To think we have "professional" pilots flying around with this mental mania really kind of scares me. I guess an aquaintance of mine flying that day has been in protective custody for almost 11 years. Might want to tell his sister. Well, I knew Mensaboy/sittingidly.. was a bit off the chart, but anything he has to say from here on has to be viewed as dilusional, no matter the subject

You guys (and our guys too recently) should have left a long time ago..all ya have to do to sort the issues out is send ships full of cigarettes and high horsepower cars over and come back in 25 years to pick up whats left. They'll take care of themselves...

Funny isn't it? This seems to be the only place in the world where the locals consistently shout "this is MY country. I will behave as I see fit. If you don't like it then get out". Most other places have respect for both the rules and other people....the locals themselves have no respect for, and do not adhere to, the local laws and rules. Just drive in the rush hour traffic on the main highways, truly shocking. Laughably, the local paper spoke of the authorities concern for the drink-driving problem here (of which I see little evidence), conveniently ignoring daily behaviour on the roads that I would regard as being tantamount to attempted murder! Talk about getting ones priorities right!

To the idiot who made the above post regarding 9/11 being some government conspiracy plot, you are not only profoundly stupid and ignorant (two different things that are boxes you should tick if asked), but you are wrong.
I knew Jason Dahl, who was a Captain on one of the four jets you seem to think didn't crash at the hands of terrorists. His wife was left behind, along with the thousands of others effected by that horrible day.

Left JFK on the 10th, LHR on July 6th, was on my way to Grenada when the invasion happened and turned round, was meant to fly to Trinidad when Abu Bakr had his little revolution, but decided to delay a day...Much to my good luck.

You make the mistake, however, of assuming that because some previous acts have been manipulated and lied about, all are, and as such leave your self open to accepting wild, stupid theories that seem to support your pre-supposed conclusion.
The whole idea IS that 9/11 was caused by a few people with a single purpose in mind.
I'm sure much about 9/11 HAS been covered up, and certainly the consequences after the effect have been manipulated, but the conspiracy theories put forward by the " truthers" about "controlled demolitions" etc. do not stand up to the slightest informed inquiry.
And yes, there was substantial debris recovered from both the Pencilvania and the Pentagon Aircraft- about as much as you'd expect to recover from an aircraft doing a high percentage of M1.0 at impact. Have a look at the crash sites of military jets spearing in at similar speeds, but with much less fuel, if you think there is anything suspicious about that site.
