Don`t worry, you are not alone in this case. Also did the Interview in JAN. it is going to be two months, no answer. Nothing much to do except waiting and hoping something will fall in the inbox sometime soon. And the problem is that we know people waited more than 2 months to get an answer...

This waiting is killing me !

Are you guys SO or FO? Type rated or not? Jet or TP? High time/low time? All these things seem to make a difference....

Plus scooping up all the Spanair pilots might be having an effect..

Hi,

I´ve recieved an email from HR-Recruiter Qatar. They ask for my last 3 pages of loogbook, is for First Officer. I have jet experience + 1.000 and Type Ratings in C500/550/560 and Airbus A320 but no hours on type.

What can I expect after this email?? an interview in how many time??

Thank you

Nobody answer by phone. Do you have a number of the Recruitment dept?

Thank god you started this thread, as all this "I have not been called" posts in the info thread have really killed it.

Just keep in mind everyone that they are hiring about 60 people a month. So there is HEAPS of backend work to do. I must admit, the process could be streamlined alot but it is what it is.

Expect to wait about 4 - 7 weeks after interview.
Expect to wait about 4 - 7 weeks for the contract/fleet after the good news.
Then your start date could be when ever, most likely about 1.5 - 3 months after your contract is returned.

PLEASE be patient and realise that you are not the oly one that is waiting, and I must add, 7 weeks wait or even 6 months wait is not that long so complaining about it will not help. E.g. People wait 18 months + to get into jets in Oz so take a deep breath and relax.

Grrr .

To call , or not to call!?
I dunno 7 weeks or longer ,just for a result of an interview is actually not the ideal !
Really if someone with influence reads this, change it.
Cheers
