I wouldn't think all US flying is going to the 380. #201 came within inches of being pulled this fall because of fuel burn.
YYZ made more money on the 777 than the 380.
Even if the MTOW increases on the 380 you still have only a finite amount of space in the belly for the bags which leaves no room for freight. By the way a 131 Tonne increase on the bus seems rather steep.
I believe the 380 is a perfect 8 hour airplane. Anything more you better fill the bird or you are going to take a bath. Not a shower.

I hear you fatbus! Cerbus mabye you should set up a meeting with TC, to prevent him from making some huge mistakes.
After all if TC is making the wrong call, it could bring EK down, and we will be on the street.

Do you think TCs opinion of the 380 has anything to do with the kickbacks he receives from AB?
I am not saying the 380 is a bad airplane. It just fits a niche market.
