How is Gulf Air doing? Is Majali taking GF on the right direction?? Are Pilots happy with Majali, Management and Roster?

Gulf Air employees are a tough and sometimes jaded bunch. You could have Herb Kelleher, Richard Branson, Gordon Bethune, or any other famous airline talent be parachuted into the GF CEO seat (not certain they would be interested though) and the general assumption will be that he will be a crook, totally corrupted, and is just going to screw the airline over even more. You must understand that this fear is not unfounded-- there is a long historical presidence of this.

So be careful when asking for opinions.

As far as the Roster . . . that is one of Gulf Air's "Four Pillars of Pain."
