Does anyone know where i can purchase one from in DXB..

Before the world cup i bought 1 at the local petrol station but no more
nitro rig driver is offline

Target Electronics (043491015) in Satwa, opposite the Emirates Post Office. They'll even activate/test your smartcard in the shop.
