EK Stealth allowance increase?

Hearing from several sources that TRI allowance has been increased by 14% and that TRE allowance has been increased by 12% (well that is what Aed 1000 would equate to). Or so MM is telling recruiters and HR, just not telling the trainers it seems.
That should teach those lazy TREs a lesson. First f@ck their life with crap rosters, then pay em less money. Beatings are next unless they start to tell everyone what a great job it is!

Why would MM tell recruiters and HR, and not the trainers themselves? After all, it was MM who was very vocal in pleading with trainers to convince their mates to come to training to solve the problem created by management 18 months ago, when they didn't gear up for this current surge in order to protect the current budget.

Pretty much..."our screw up, your responsibility to help us fix it".

So, you'd kinda think MM would have an incentive to tell the trainers they would be rewarded the huge payrise of 1,000AED to continue to be worked to death.

..or maybe he's a bit hestitant to do so, given 1,000 just won't cut it for most?

If the increase for TREs is indeed as lavish as you mention they will now be making 50% of what they were 12 years ago. Roll on, cost-neutral improvements.

It would seem the jungle drums beat true. Pay contract adjustment letters are out, and allowances are increased just as every other department in the company were told they would be.
I believe the beatings will start next month. Training/fleet management are very confident rosters will be improved by 2020.
