Afraid you are test-dummies - 1st interviewees for a while and a new Manager Recruitment , so no history to pass on . What have you been told to expect ? Don't think it will be too onerous - they are DESPERATE to get some new crew here . Polish up your Raw-data ILS .
A possible hint is that if you get asked scenarios , and there are more than 1 option to solve , try and stick with your choice and don't get sidetracked in to changing yr mind .
Good luck and see you soon .

Would appreciate any feedback on what the current feel is in the company? Roster, etc.
Kind of in a stable position at the mo with 2yrs till command, but luv Oman (lived there for 8yrs in previous - non aviation - job). Unsure whether to sick it here until command, wait for 6 months to try for EK, or this?
Married with 2 young uns, so lot to consider

Stay where you are - no upgrades anymore for expats here , still serious issues with school-fees and rent allowance . Shame really , because it is still a nice place.
