Alans big thankyou...
Now wasn't that nice of our Leader to give us a big pat on the back for all the hard work we had to do this year...
Mainly due to the pi55 poor ability to manage crew requirements and expansion.
Where's the productivity pay thank you for the freekin 90+ hours I do every month. It would have meant more if they had of even gave a compromise of 85 hours but nooooo.
The email was well formatted and looked like it had been done with love and care to all.
Merry Christmas.

You asked where your productivity pay is?
I hazard a guess that a considerable amount of your and every other pilots productivity pay (that we didn't receive) will undoubtedly end up in the same gentleman's bank account when profit share / bonus is paid me thinks!
