Ey OTP

Rumour has it that Mr OTP himself, CA, delayed a flight out of FRA because he went home and could not get back to the airport in time..

I wonder what delay code he used

He does the same in Chicago too. Always rents a car after landing and disappears for 28 hours on a 26 hour layover and enters the flight deck just before pushback, with a little message from the Airport manager that he was caught in traffic. Same ****e different city!

It's just unfortunate he wan't able to pull this off in FRA when you are crew A both ways

Nice being a VP and doing what you want!

"Crew A on FRA" (read between the lines). CA is the primary crew, to and from FRA, he himself both ways, but in Chicago, CA is always crew A inbound and therefore takes the liberty of not reporting on time, as crew B now has to setup and fly out of Chicago and CA acts as relief team out of Chicago .

CA takes liberty of this by reporting when he feels like it, hence my term Crew team A is used as the one an only primary team in and out of FRA. He still thinks he is in Chicago reporting when it suits him but forgets he is the ONLY primary crew (in and out of FRA)

AustralianConMan, do you know what you are talking about???! This mate is working his ass off for a better EY. Returning from flights and driving past EY HQ, there is always light in his office and he sits there and works. Even on weekends when you are at the pool with the family. If somebody is a hard worker it's him. If you don't like something change it. If you can't change it, change your attitude. Don't complain.

@Sidestickman
Being up all night working is not what should be done.
If that's the case, you either need an assistant or you are not capable of effeciently carrying out your assigned job.
Too many people spend too much time at work trying to 'save the world' and end up minus a family.
Your choice.

There was a pilot like that in GF. I noticed he did many extra unpaid hours in the office and thus soon got to be a fleet manager.
Later told he departed eastwards after downloading as much information as he could regarding the GF future corporate plans and the true profitability accounts figures for the past years.
Sadly there is generally a reason why isolated office lights are burning far into the night and that person appears to be working for free.
