Upgrade to command at EK
Selection for command upgrade will be on the basis of suitability and seniority, and the following minimum experience requirements:
• Total flying experience of 6,000 hours
• A minimum of 4,000 hrs (P1 or P2), on Turbo-prop or Jet aircraft, with a MTOW of at least 10,000 kgs
A minimum of three years continuous service of Emirates

Sorry to burst your bubbles chaps, but check out the Command Upgrade Requirements FCI. What you have posted is from the unamended OMA.
