QR ACN Email Printing issue
Dear Mr Ex BAH AIR
Your first interaction with your 1400 pilots is related to problems of wasting printing papers in OCC . ( wasting $ ,paper, green continent ...)
Is that issue of major importance in QR ?
Would you start saving $ in QR on different issues ?
Do you need example :
Termination of one crew cost QR more then printing duble for 2 years
Jumpship of pilots and cabin crew with type ratings maybe 7 years printing
Reporting sick as result of bad rostering management maybe 5y printing
Reduced number of SMS from CEO to cabin crew would reduce cost indeed
QR ugly hat and 14 of them on each flight ,aircraft burn more fuel
We could fire FUEL German guy after all now we dont need this position
If you sell all cameras installed for no reall reason it would bring some $
Settle all court cases against QR in peaceful way would sve some $
Special terms and management salary of so called experts "IM","BW" wasted $ and we all knew that except the one who hire them .
Do you want to increase safety in QR ?
Is safety concern only flight safety or job safety as well ??? lol lol
Let us know if you can do anything or you will be just another disposable mananger in QR ?
If your close relative relation with 9 floor will create troubble doing your job in correct way . Save your face and leave office before 9 floor make you be hated by 1394 pilots in QR .
Try another start with a new ACN starting
Dear Captains/ F/O i am happy to announce different management and different way of dealing with pilots ............
CEO will not have to clear people for upgrade for fleet transfere ...
CEO will not make us give you warning letters
CEO will not interfere in flight ops ...
Untill you do this WHAT IS DIFFERENCE BETWEEN YOU AND PREVIOUS ONE ?

Qatar Airways concerns about $$ and nature...really..??
And off course its always the pilot's Fault...
-How many tons of fuel could have been saved on daily basis in this airline and in Doha..if we had an "Adequate" airport, if QR A/C were not forced to wait before take off for a fighters jet to go, or a college A/C to make his touch and go or to let a Gulf helicopter land...
Or simply because everybody is coming back at the same time in Doha and Not a single STAR has been implemented so far, so that its very difficult for pilot to plan a CDA at Doha airport in such a condition...
Will not even talk about the Huge U turn you have to make when you flight westbound all the way north of BAH and vice&versa coming back to Doha, "salwa" road only Available on Friday....
- Have you ever seen all the papers the C.C. have to fill up before-during and after the flight...(indian heritage..?)
-If my ZFW drops of one ton..do i really need the dispatch to send me a copy of my new flight plan like they do sometime..
The key word in saving money is : EFFICIENCY!

CC are terminated at rate 1 per day in averige .
Let us calculate $ loss .
To go to another country and do road show . Usually it is nice hotel and team of 4-6 people are there 4 days . It is expencive .
Then they bring a cabin crew to Doha . VISA , Ticket , Insurance .... expencive
Then cabin crew will do medical both goverment and aviation again $ .
Training of cabin crew is 75 days and during that time they get apartment and salary and food alowance .
Example is few of crew we know got terminated as one day by the end of training they where droped by privat car to QR TWR and CEO saw them ask who is in car and why ...... if the answer is wrong TERMINATION
No one tell this poor girls before they come to Doha that there are 1500 memos starting with IT IS NOT ALOWED it is expexted that they have no clue .
Now he terminate a crew after 70 days and pay visa cancelation , ticket , cargo .... just to get rid of her .
Another impact is that this girl will tell all pople she know that QR is run by sick small person and it is bad Adv for QR .
How much is all that story ?? I would say 20-35 k Rials .
What are we talking about ?? PILOTS PRINTING OFP ON ONE PAGE !
Get a life mate ! Fix top first then printing is the last on list !
Woops sorry we forgot a whole department open for this sick procedure please who ever do not belive check at third floor a plate hanging next to place where you collect Exit permit RESIGNATION /TERMINATION department ! One and only in the world .
