The wording "based on best practice" means that they are gonna cut some more benefits. What are China and Turkey offering package-wise??

On the brighter side, air china is looking for 300 330 ad 340 expat captains. Was in the office going out on a flight the other day and more than a few captains expressed interest in the air china contract. A captain who recently left ey for air china said he made 17k usd last month with a few hours overtime. Even had his 2 weeks off at home

They will probably base your performance on the sick days you have taken and the amount of times you have worked on a day off when crew control has called you. Or...

Have you come into the office and worked for free for the training department or flight ops?

Have you ever refused going into discression or reduced rest?

Have you ever written an ASR or OR that shows the company in a bad light?

Are you the companies bitch?

Gentlemen,

The performance pay is only for ground staff. Flight Deck salary is not based on Performance. This was clarified in a company email that came out several months ago.
