Salaam Alaikum NJ90,
As you know, Jordan is in transition to JAA - this may take some time. The CARC website is a good indicator of how difficult it is to answer your question. If you are Jordanian, you know how the wheels of government turn.
My advice is to contact Lena at the Licensing Unit at CARC (Marka). She is new in post (ex Ayla Academy at Aqaba) - I have copied you her contact details. Hopefully, she can answer all your questions.
Good luck in your studies/flying.
