Another trick from EY miss management
after 30 resignations or so ,they decide to increase MMF to A320 f.o , but be careful , don't base your decision to leave based on that, MMF will not work and it has not been working for CAPT either .

Reason MFF not working is due to lack of numbers in the MFF pool. Guys do the course (from 320 to 330) and thn have to come back and fly due to lack of drivers on 320. If more pilots were in the pool (from 330) then the system achieves a greater level of multi fleet flying

They already are. 4 330 CA per month will be CCQ/MFFed to the 320. So now you have two pissed off groups 330 guys going down and 320 never comming up. Its not even the type that matters the most, but the increadible disparity between the quality of life and pay between the two fleets, 320 being the utlimate slave mill with no end in sight.

MMF??
Guys, lets cut the b.... t !!! things are as simple as this: 330 guys don't want to go on the 320 and don't want the 320 guys on the 330. Very understandable since that will make their life miserable and to bad for the 330 guys since they will have no options other than leave this company for a better option. On top of that, this company will keep hiring DEC and that will keep the FO upgrade options to zero; another b....t from management since ey have plenty of experienced FO ready to upgrade on the 320. Ad per the new bidding ??? that is only to keep the guys who still have expectations on this company, on STBY MODE.

that all the upgrades shall be done in the 320 fleet.
With what right would you decide to push somebody else onto a different aircraft type, just so that you may have his place?
You wanna fly widebody, find your own way, but not on my back!

Nightfire, nobody wants to push you back on the 320. If you want to hang out on the right seat of the 777 and upgrade on it whenever your seniority allows it then you should be entitled to do it. But somebody senior to you on the seniority list , whatever his current fleet is, should be able to upgrade Capt on the 777 BEFORE you. That's the way it works in every civilized major in the world where the seniority system is strictly enforced. Then if you want an earlier upgrade, you gotta go on the 320. It sucks but you have to pay your dues like everybody else if you want to be a Capt fast.
The problem at EY, is that the seniority list is a pile of Junk. People junior to me go straight to the 330 and make more money and have a better quality of life than me. Why is that? is EY that cheap just to hire direct entry pilots on every fleet to save money on training? I guess that's what it is.....
