EK - Company accommodation or Utilities Allowance

Just looking for opinions on whether it is better to take the company provided accommodation or the utilities allowance at EK.

How are the furnishings if you opt for the company acc. and get the furnishings? Is it better to go unfurnished and take the allowance?

Thanks.

you have to take the company accomodation.EK cancelled the allowance around March-April last year for new joiners.
We took the unfurnished option as we had our own furniture but EK did not pay for the removal. The furniture allowance will not cover all your needs. Also if you leave before 5 years, the allowance has to be paid back pro-rata.
