Gulfair going to review payscale?
is it just a rumor?
Anybody else heard about it?
The fact that other Airlines in the Gulf are making adjustements to pilots pay is going to create some movement soon,
Another rumor about Direct Entry capt on 330 and upgrades being affected will sure help people make some decisions ...

I dont think DEC is going to happen. They already have a lot of ppl waiting for their upgrades, I believe. Unless plans change cause this embraer fleet has taken a lot of their captains and Fo's.
