EK Staff travel tickets

Hi guys. Cannot get hold of my friend that works for EK at the moment but hope you can help. I have an interview with EK soon and my wife was interested in attending also. Was told to purchase her ticket myself and was just wondering if EK employees have access to any friends and family style tickets. Not looking for an ID90 obviously....simly a confirmed ticked that may be discounted slightly to the advertised fares.
