Saudi Arabian and PIA code share?
Have PIA started code sharing on SV's ISB-MED and KHI-MED flights? PK schedules shows a four digit flight number but dosent mention operating carrier or aircraft, started 3 May.

Most likely PIA is starting its own Umrah and Hajj(around hajj time) flights.
These days they are operating to Jeddah with four digit flight numbers for umrah only flight.
