I doubt you'll find an AA meeting here because attending an AA meeting is tantamount to admitting to being drunk, and being drunk is a criminal offense in this enlightened part of the world.
You're allowed to drink but not get drunk.
But if you have alcohol in your system, you are drunk.
So aside from the odd teetotaller, we are all criminals but they leave us alone unless we drive whilst "drunk" or get up to other public mischief. Or fly.
Just another side of the "culture" of hypocracy and double-standards.

This might help.

Dubai
AA started in Dubai just like AA did in most countries.
A few founding member met as early as 1977. Mainly meeting in each others homes.
Over the years the Dubai fellowship continued to grow and meetings moved into public
venues.
2002 Marked a milestone for AA with 25 years of service in Dubai.
The 1st Intergroup in the Middle East was formed in Dubai in January 2003.
Dubai has hosted a number of conventions and now has meetings every day at
several different venues throughout the Emirate.

There might not be meetings advertised generally, but if anything like Bahrain you may find a meeting being held in a private clinic.
Worth looking into clinic facilities for information and if not actually being held there somebody might know where you can look.
Good luck

Well, I read your post, Porky.
Are you trying to say this statement is anything but simply wrong?
Don't know if you realise this, but you usually attend AA meetings sober!!
You made an ill-informed assumtion and used it as an excuse to go on an unrelated rant.

So you dish it out but you can't take it, caynine? Do you need your mummy?
Apologies if the comment was somewhat caustic but you DID ask for it with your childish reaction and failure to actually read the post. And if the shoe fits...
Wiz, I know you're smarter than that. As you can see, I never said AA doesn't exist here; I said I doubt it does. And whaddya know, I had no cause for doubt - AA right here in the UAE. How very progressive. Next we'll be given pensions, passports and the vote.
The rant stands.
Good luck to all who feel a need to attend the AA sessions right here in cosmopolitan Dubai. For many of us, this place lends itself to hitting the bottle much more than our own homes ever did. Whether due to the tempations of the ever-present party-life in Dubai or out of "despair" or distraction, many people seem to find themselves drinking more frequently and more volume than they did before they came here.
Thanks for posting the info.
