EU Carriers stuck in the ME
Hi guys,
As you all know about the volcanic ash over EU and closure of many airports, I started to compile a small list of which airline and where are they stuck.
So far,
KLM445/447 (AMS-KWI-BAH-AMS) - Stuck in BAH, A330 PH-AOC
BA125/124 (LHR-BAH-DOH-BAH-LHR) Stuck in DOH, B744 G-BYGC
Any inputs?

Start again?
Shall we start again?
I got stuck at home on Sept 11 after flying in the morning returning from a layover.
I returned from Oz the other day to again be stuck at home.
Many are in places a long way from home, with clothes for only one night's layover. Chaos!
But as long as the per deim's continue...
Woo Hoo!!!

Guys, what the heck is wrong with you? If the guy wants to compile a list, let him. And if you don't care, don't click on the link and read the thread. It is as simple as that. As for me, I couldn't care less about who is stuck where. But, I just have to wonder why some of you internet police feel the need to jump on your high horses, come riding in, and flame the poster for his thread... Do any of you have lives outside this board??? Back to your regularly scheduled griping.
Okay, back to killing time waiting for my phone to ring on standby (no, I do not have a life outside my house while on standby...).

So what if it was a "Spotter" that asked a civilised question, no need for condascending replies is there. If you have nothing to add, then don't bother.
Anyhow, there were 2x Lufthansa, 1 each 346 and 747. 1 x 346 Virgin, 1 x Austrian 767, 1 Air France 777, plus other freighter types @ DXB yesterday. Not forgetting lots of EK parked up.
EGGW.

Thank you guys!
Glad we got rid of the idiots who post. I am not a spotter, I am a fully licensed qualified pilot who works in Gulf Air and has a big passion for Aviation and didn't lose it and still do it not for the money but for the love it whereas the lot that got their reply removed are probably wannabes who have nothing to do but poison the topics.
1Q: Do you think Airlines will have to pay parking fees to airport or this comes as stranded as an act of nature?
Regards,
GLL
