Sounds like we are not the only part of the company getting regularly screwed by management.

Interesting to note what the licensed guys are getting. Makes you wonder what the mechanics get paid and how 'qualified' they are. Certainly has changed my view of EK maintenance (not that it has ever been good).
Also interesting is the comment regarding remuneration and what demographic it is pitched at. Time to dust off the resume...

You pilots have higher standards than us.
So if you think you are scr...d , "lower" categories are more SC...D !
The difference is that Engineers used to shut their mouth...
Anyway , I am gone from this ugly place and happy of it !
