Remember that movie from the 1990s with a paranoid Mel Gibson trying to tell everyone about the black helicopters hovering overhead?
For the last week, every day, there has been a helicopter hovering around the Palm Jumeirah for hours on end.
Why? What? Who?
Or am I just imagining it?
