check yr arabic vocabulary first

the word u used ( al-aarab ) refers to those who became arabs , and may be u can see aarab not the same like arab. That verse u refered to talks about certain events that took place in a period of the early islam.

Don't think anyone has had much success other than to get there legal fees covered when an A/C was impounded in the UK , don't know all the details. It turned out to be way to much effort for nothing. But good luck if you try, the question would be over what are you suing them for?

747t,

Your post made me chuckle at first.

intaomri was quick to make a correction and as a further expansion to what he said,

The Al-Aarab mentioned in the Quran verse you stated refers to bedouin/nomadic people who didn't live in cities or villages back in the days of Prophet Mohamad (PBUH).

The verse is specific to the topic of disbelief in Islam and how the Al-Aarab were a tough league to deal with when it came to spreading the faith back in the early days of Islam.

From: Behind a dusty desk, and in some really hot, dusty, wet and cold places subject to who is paying the bill. But mostly Gods own land.
What do you want to sue them for?
This info would then let you decide where to sue them, which is probably the bigger question.

Dude, I'm with you on all of this, but if you want any credibility with your case you need to be rational. People will ignore your issues if you rant like your post above.

Just my tuppence worth

You've made 32 posts and roughly counting I'd say 28 of them are tirades against Dubai, Emirates, Muslims, or all of those!

You may be justified, I'd say Dubai is about as close to hell on earth as you can get without actually dying, but I think anyone who looks at all this in the context of your wanting to sue Emirates is likely to consider you to be irrational and obsessive, not a good platform on which to take legal action against a large and powerful company.

Nevertheless, even if your venture is quixotic, I'm the first to wish you luck as it's always wonderful to see an individual win against a corporation.

If you dislike Dubai so much, just leave and climb back under the rock that you have just come out of.

I am not based in the Middle East but i know enough to say that the clowns making the decisions are not the towel heads out there, but Westerners recruited to do this job.

Right Von, you've made your point. I note that most of your posts are made late into the evening, perhaps after a few beers/schnapps.... Try posting in the future when not under the influence...
