I think for most of us it bodes quite well.
You will be the exception, of course, as your inability to count will make the exercise of your profession exceedingly wearying. Why not take off your shoes and socks, count on your fingers and toes, and thus derive the day of the month when the rosters must be ready for publication in accordance with the FOM.
I'll give you a hint: it isn't today.

Rosters are produced for a period of 1
calendar month and are to be ready for
publication not less than 7 days before
calendar month and are to be ready for
publication not less than 7 days before
the expiry of the preceding roster
Read the book before you post here and stir the pot over nothing.
The sky is always falling with some people and there always seems to be a conspiracy in the making.

Calm down!
Last months roster was out on the 19th so we all expected EK to start getting their automatic computer based roster out early much like the 1st world airlines do however that would definately be too much to expect so we just need to lower our expectations again & calm down!

If they were late it wouldn't be the first time. The FOM rules are not binding after all, it seems - great news!!
You're happy to wait until the last minute for your roster when it is ready days or weeks earlier???
The FOM roster rule only says they should be READY for publication. The Jan rosters were arguably READY for publication not long after bid-close but have been kept back so that they can fiddle with them as necessary to change equipment, add this, do that, etc. Flexibility like this at employees' expense is part of what makes EK such a strong airline, we should be grateful and ask for more of the same.
Not happy? Send an email to your FM so it can be ignored!

Yes, rosters are not due until tomorrow, though in recent months they have been trying to get them out prior to rosters being due. Last week would have been too much to expect, I assume.
Checked on the portal to see if there were any clues - asked it for next month's roster...no joy, but, as usual, was asked to acknowldge changes for Jan's roster that I can't see, and be the final check to the legality thereof.
I hate that.
