Anyone know on whose AOC the ex-Nakheel Lineage is being placed and if it will be available for charter?

I thought that according to the expansion plan of Prestige Jet (AUH) S/N 2 and even 3 were supposed to be under their AOC. It appeared as if it was a done deal!
