Flight Dispatch - UAE

Just curious if anyone has any information on the requirements of becoming a Flight Dispatcher with the Emirates. I checked the website but didnt give many details.

Do you need an FAA licence or does a Canadian certificate count for anything...experience (years?) needed, ETOPS experience etc...
do they provide accomodation for Dispatchers what the salary is, other benefits?

Any other information you might be able to provide would be great
