SAR in the UAE (Abu Dhabi)

I'm just a bit confused on how helicopter SAR in the UAE particularly Abu Dhabi is organised. It seems from what I can gather, that there are at least 2 AW139 operators in Abu Dhabi offering a SAR capability; 1. The Abu Dhabi Police and 2. Abu Dhabi Aviation. So, who does what? Are they linked in anyway? Is it coincidence they operate the same aircraft type? What happened to Evergreen - didn't they have the original contract? Are there any other providers in the other Emirates?

Would appreciate some feedback from those in the know.

Thanks

When you fid out, let us know! As far as I am aware it isn't very well coordinated however the Police take care of Civil SAR, EMS etc whilst ADA are military SAR. Thats my understanding, stand to be corrected though.
