I don't really know why this thread is still on. It shouldn't have started before the man being actually out
. If it was rumour then, perhaps "Is the GF CEO on his way out?".
These carriers are not public institutions where top management is voted out because of citizen pressure or a national parliament. Not here in the Gulf.

Plenty of reason to be optimistic about the future with Majali's appointment (assuming he gets the support he requires from the Board, Parliament, and the other often feuding forces here on the island). He has a proven track record and steered a financial turnaround at Royal Jordanian, privatization, and the joining of a global airline alliance.
I wonder where Björn Näf will be heading.
