Can't be bothered reading 9 pages of this but agree in general it sucks apart from the prima donna FO 'instructors' who have no experience on big aeroplanes now totally screwed. Let's see their 'instructor' resignations roll in. What's more important fellas?

Monthly upgrade of f/o to Cap to double by september, upgrade time will decrease to 3 years.
