howdy guys...
just a quick question:
I'll be moving to AUH in notime, so any advse for car purchase, cell providers, internet broadband conn. ecc any info on this will be very very very much appreciated.

Cell providers ( US and North American term) are known here as Mobile phone operators and Internet ADSL providers as well as landline providers are :
1- Etisalat ( the dominant operator with best mobile/cellular coverage)
2- Du
As for Cars, they come cheaper than most places in the world. with the financial crisis, you will find great buys on used cars near new with many forced to sell as they leave the country.
for an idea you may want to try Dubai Property Real Estate for Buy, Sale, Rent, Jobs in Dubai, Classifieds in Dubai under classifieds. you will get a feel for the market.
Otherwise buying new is also a good option. if you are part of Etihad. many dealers offer facilities and rebates.
