Remember that the Government of RAK, has a very very very big investment in Kinshasa, and perhaps this is as a request from the "government".
Some Crews are currently on recurrent training in UK, and as RAK has its AOC reissued, then absolutely anything is possible.
I will ask in the pub tonight.
