Interviews: MOST to LEAST hard@ss ranking

Hey Amigos, I posted a similar thread on the Asia forum: am wondering which Airlines are the MOST to the LEAST hard@ss when it comes to the interview/screening/med requirements. Along those lines, let's include gov't (DGCA) tests as well.

Some places give you the 'Apollo astronaut' screening, others might just accept your existing FAA/JAA lic & med, give a nice sit down interview.

How would Sama, for example, compare with Gulf Air, or Emirates? Oman? Qatar?

Any input out there would be most appreciated. Gracias.

Heard from some friends who went to COPA that the interview for Captain positions is very simple. No sim, no tech interview, no knowledge test. Just a personal interview.

PS- Sorry I just realized I was in the ME forum.

The longest but most professional is GulfAir by far. Three meals aday at the movenpick hotel, very friendly. Qatar s can go anyway depending on who you get, not really standard. You stay at Ramada and pay for your own meals.
Emirates very good as well, hotel no so nice as Gulf Air, the rest is the same, but I rate Gulf Airs Much better.
Bye the way I passed all three interviews.
No info on Ehtihad,

Etihad-------> Went in November. Stayed at lowend hotel in slum area of Abu Dhabi. Breakfast was supposed to provided per the paperwork, but hotel said NO. The hotel restaurant/coffee shop didn't even open up till after our departure time for EY training center. Not too many places to eat at around the hotel either. Written tests were not so hard, but the group exercise can go south very quickly if you get someone that can't play on a team. Sim is straight forward with a visual and SE ILS to a landing. Medical stuff on day 3. If you are not in shape they give you a hard time, tell you to loose weight etc......
