EK spin doctoring
Interesting spin doctoring on noise problems on the A380.
A380 superjumbo too quiet, say pilots
Well if EK hadn't removed the "Pilots Rest Area" as designed by Boeing/Airbus and put us instead in the ass end roof/belly of the aircraft in the "Cabin Crew Rest Area" then they probably wouldn't have a problem.
I hope airbuses reply is "You get what you don't pay for".

Didn't expect it !
"We're getting a lot of complaints. It's not something we expected," Davidson said.
Perhaps he will use the same answer with regard to the current allocation of rest seats for augmenting crew when the time comes to be accountable. The ignorance of these people is laughable.

Gents, as we know under the current company regs if the CRC is u/s, then business class seats can now be used for inflight rest. Do not, under any circumstances accept any of the rear 3 rows of business seats in the A380 - the bar area ensures a constant source of noise and passing passenger traffic. Night night, sleep well.........

Mr. Muttley, sorry to disappoint, but FCI 78 - 2008 allows the company to substitute a u/s CRC with business class seats for augmented rest on a ULR flight, if no alternative aircraft available. Can't be right and proper I know, but there you have it, just one of our latest shaftings........
