QR Roster; Leave
Finally I see a good roster. All days off in Doha and less night flying. My roster has been ok but many people complaining in time from new roster system.
I am please the rostering mafia is slowly coming to a closing.
I see Mr PM today about why leave not availble. Leave has changed to be april to mar. All leaves advises at end of Jan. Any leave request in jan-mar can email to rostering and will be given in order decided by the management.
When new rostering system is stable we can get bidding system which he plans for early next year.
