Overtime on roster period?(GF)
As per FM 320 or how they call him(so many new managers??????????? Tnks to BANANA),overtime is to be calculated based on roster and not monthly period as it was based before!!!!!!!!!!!
13 roster period against 12 salaries in a years time!
Wondering if that would create a new "no fly on day off "issue, or GF is preparing to give an extra 13th month's salary to cope with the change?

Well, there are many tricks and traps in this new FTL...
And of course all those who approved it will not be affected by since they most fly to FRA, CDG, LHR, MNL, KUL and BKK (all with maximum rest)...
Be happy!

I will find out this next pay slip as well.
I am hoping they have not tried to sneak that one though as well. To me, the roster period has nothing to do with the pay. Roster as they wish inside the FDL (mine is at version 15 at least ), I don't expect the terms and conditions to change.
New roster due in 3 days
