UK AIP Equivalent?

Hi Guys,

I am about to start flying in the Middle East and need to know where I can find information that, in the UK, can be found in the air pilot.

Specifically where it says whether or not individual airfields require the use of transponder on the ground.

Aero - DXB, DOH, Mombai, Kuwait,Muscat is my base.

Does anyone have an equivalent AIP link (above) for Oman.
